The Check-6 Performance Excellence Site Training Program provides crewmembers training, mentoring, and coaching on the fundamentals of operating in a high-risk/high-reliability environment through on-site instruction and team building with a curriculum that targets the three most important factors that drive Operational Performance and Compliance: Team Behaviors / Crew Resource Management (Culture) Standardized Process Leadership Check-6 coaches assist crews in implementing a daily cycle of Planning, Briefing, Execution, and Debriefing through the application of simple techniques and procedures. Leadership Roundtable discussions are held to assess progress, address management of change, risk mitigation, and crew resource management topics.
